1：Why is my tracking not showing updates?
Several delivery carriers are experiencing delays due to high demand. Most of our shipments are delivering on time, but some may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Please check your tracking frequently for updates.
2：Can I still set up a return/how long do I have to set up the return?
We are currently accepting returns. You have 30 days from the date the order was delivered to set up the return for most products. You can request a return by clicking the Return button next to the item on the My Account section of our website.
3：What if I need more information on a product?
We supply all the information we have on the product from the information provided to us by the manufacturer or supplier. Unfortunately, we do not have more details than what is listed. You may use the Email to ask your question to ours. You can also check out the product reviews section which is another great resource for further insight about what others think about their purchase.
4:When will my order ship?
It may take additional time for your item to leave the warehouse due to efforts to comply with social distancing government guidelines. We are working diligently to ship all orders and will update you with tracking information via email and in the My Account section of our website once available.
All other products: 10 to 20 days.
